Chartered Landscape Architect Services
Run by Chartered Landscape Architect Joss Benatt CMLI who is a member of the Landscape Institute and based in Totnes Devon, we provide a range of Landscape Architecture Consultancy and Garden Design services including Landscape Design, Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment and Photomontage. We are involved in work for planning applications for residential, commercial, renewable energy and domestic scale schemes.
Landscape and Visual Impact
Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment allows the exploration of layout and mitigation measures that can be built into the scheme. Often a planning requirement for more sensitive schemes, we produce Landscape and Visual Impact Assessments that are submitted to accompany planning applications. As a landscape architect with years of experience of this type of work Joss Benatt CMLI is well placed to provide this service. As part of this service we can also produce photomontages to illustrate the visual effects of the development.
Garden Design
As well as landscape architecture we also provide garden design services and have produced designs for many gardens in the south west, often with an emphasis on naturalistic and sustainable design and working with some of the leading local contemporary architects (see ‘About Us’ Page). Our schemes often include wildflower meadows, orchard planting and wildlife ponds and are responsive to the surrounding landscape and the modern built form.

Greenearth Landscape is run by Chartered Landscape Architect Joss Benatt CMLI. We are based in Totnes, Devon but work over the whole of the South West and beyond.
